GLORIA LEE HUGULEY

Gloria Lee Huguley, 85, of Olton, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 2021, in Littlefield, TX. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 14, 2021, at the First Baptist Church in Olton, with Brother David Azam and Evangelist Dallas Carrasco officiating. Interment followed at Halfway Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.

Gloria was born March 7, 1936, in Maud, OK, to Charles and Vera (Presley) Bodkin. She moved to Olton when she was nine years old and graduated from Olton High School in 1954. On Oct. 21, 1955, Gloria married the love of her life, Basil Don Huguley, in Clovis, NM. Gloria enjoyed helping out on the farm and gardening, from which she canned many of the vegetables. She was an exceptional cook, enjoyed embroidery, dancing and spending time with grandchildren and great-grandchildren and watching them participate in their sports activities.
