The lower part of a milk dehydration unit, a coneshaped unit, was lifted from the ground where it had stood several months, with the small end on top, was turned by two cranes Tuesday morning, until it could be held by the tallest crane, with what had been the bottom, now facing upward. It took about 2 hours getting it moved from the ground onto the top of the building to the left.
