The Lamb County Library Advisory Board is sponsoring the 7 th Annual Christmas Parade, and the library will also have a Christmas Open House. This is all part of Littlefield’s “Christmas on the Square”.

The “Lighted Christmas Parade” will begin at 6:30 p.m. on December 16 th . All entries will begin lining up at 6 p.m. on the north end lot of Phelps (old library parking lot), then moving down Phelps Ave. at 6:30. All entries are to be lighted. All varieties of vendors, food, games, etc., will be set up downtown. Some vendor spaces are still available for the event. The pa rade will end at the First Baptist Church parking lot.

Following the parade, the library will be hosting an Open House. Photos with Santa will be available on the Food King float that will be parked in front of the Courthouse on the North side.

The Gingerbread contest will take place in the Library after all entries are in. Coloring pages will be available for the kids to color. First name only, age and phone number should be printed on the back of the page to be entered in a contest for a prize. Letters to Santa may also be dropped in a special box in the library. Lots of door prizes will be given out during Open House.

Candy invites everyone to come to the Library Open House and see all the new renovations that have been made. “These updates could not have been done without the great support from the community.”
