Emestina C. Martinez, 90, of Olton, TX, passed away Saturday, Oct. 10, 2026, in Olton. A graveside service was held at 11 a.m., Saturday, Oct.
17, 2026, at Olton Cemetery under the care of Ramage Funeral Directors.
Emestina was bom Oct. 19, 1935, in Brackettville, TX, to Simplieio and Maria Martinez.
She moved to Olton from Brackettville 67 years ago and made it her home. She worked for 20 years as a janitor for American Cotton Growers.
Emestina was a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Olton. She enjoyed cheering for the Dallas Cowboys, singing, and making up her own tunes. Although she never married or had children of her own, she devoted herself to her extended family and remained a caring and supportive presence in their lives.
