Lamb Healthcare Center is excited to announce that it is hosting the annual Community Trunk or Treat.
This event will be held Oct. 31, from 4 to 5 p.m. in the front parking lot of Lamb Healthcare Center. Children and families within the community are welcome to join them in a safe, fun, and family-friendly environment.
Businesses, organizations, families, and people who would like to join the fun and hand out candy from their vehicle are invited. Participants are urged to get into the Halloween spirit by decorating their cars, but it’s not required to attend the event.
Community businesses and individuals are being asked to consider donating candy, treats, or monetary contributions so this event can come to fruition. Any size donation is appreciated and will go towards the children within the community being able to have an unforgettable Halloween experience.
Every year since 2012, the Lamb Healthcare Center has been able to put on this event and give over 350 people dressed for the occasion candy and treats. “Trick-or-Treaters” can go from trunk to trunk, stuffing their bags with candy, allowing for a fun activity.
Donations can be brought to the Lamb Healthcare Center front desk or arranged for pickup by contacting Amy Rojas, Elizabeth Vargas, or Reynalda Sivas at (806) 385-6411. To reserve a spot at the event, contact the same number. A reservation is not needed to participate; there will still be room to join.
