DEFERRED ADJUDICATION

On Aug. 31, 2026, Aren Gray entered a guilty plea to the offense of Poss Marij <=4oz>2oz, that occurred on July 26, 2026. The defendant was placed on deferred Adjudication Community Supervision for 12 months.

He also has to pay $270 in court costs.

Discharging Supervision On Wednesday, Oct. 26, 2022, a request from the District Attorney’s office about a case on Johnny Flores Tanguma, the judge’s response was: “On this the 30th day of July 2026, came on to be considered the matter of determining whether or not the finding heretofore entered in this cause against the defendant, Teresa Martinez Amalia, should be set aside and said defendant discharged from Community Supervision, and it appearing to the Court that said the defendant did, on the 31st day of July, 2025, plead Guilty to the misdemeanor offense of Harassment- Repeated Electronic Communication, and further proceedings having been suspended under conditions of Community Supervision for a term of one ( 1 ) year; and “It further appearing to the Court that the defendant has completed all of the original supervision period, with all conditions of Community Supervision having been satisfactorily fulfilled; “It is therefore ordered that the community supervision of Teresa Martinez Amalia, is terminated and he is discharged there from.”
