Deanna Lynn Harville, 60, of Shallowater, TX passed away on Friday, May 8, 2026. She was born in Lubbock, TX to David Lee and Linda Gay Jones.
Deanna graduated from Littlefield High School in 1984 and Texas Tech University in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Laboratory Science. On Nov. 22, 2003, Deanna married Glen Harville at the First Baptist Church in Shallowater, where they were both long-time members. Deanna worked in the medical field and most recently served as a lab technician for Covenant Hospital. She was also a Health Science Technology teacher at Frenship High School for 18 years.
Deanna was blessed with many talents, including baking. She was adventurous and enjoyed traveling. She liked nature and had the patience it took to become an avid fisher.
Those left to cherish her memory are her husband; her father; two children, and a daughter-in-law; three grandchildren; two siblings and their spouses; and nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family members.
Deanna was preceded in death by her mother. Funeral services were held Saturday morning, May 16, 2026, at First Baptist Church in Shallowater. Interment was in Littlefield Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested that donations be made to Texas Lions Camp at 4000 TX-27, Kerrville, TX 78028, (830) 896-8500.
