Complimenting the changing season, Lamb County 4H members showcased their self-designed spring fashion creations at the Lamb County 4-H Fashion Show: Fashion in Full Bloom on April 2, 2026.
Eight members presented their designs on the runway, each displaying a skillset and creative vision unique from one another.
First designer on the runway in the dressy category, Maceyn Bellar modeled a floral dress with pink polkadot ruffle hems and sleeve caps. Bellar’s flowery dress also featured a single front polka-dot pocket.
Next on the runway in the refashion category, Frankie Campbell modeled a dress made from a repurposed vintage tablecloth. The dress preserved the original pineapple, cherry and pear fruit designs on the skirt while featuring an added red bow and blue ruffle-sleeve top. This was Campbell’s first time participating in the show.
Although absent from the show, Chloe Senter’s designs were read to the audience. Senter designed an outfit inspired by a storyboard she previously made and repurposed various clothing items to bring her vision to life.
Following the junior designers, intermediate designers presented their creations. In the everyday living category, Lillian Burt modeled a gingham sundress. Burt designed the dress with an elastic thread to create shirring on the bodice for a picnic-ready look.
Modeling repurposed jeans in the refashion category, Imri Jobe’s jeans featured painted sunflowers and different-colored jean patterns. What once existed as a pair of torn and stained jeans transformed into twotoned pants with yellow, vibrant petals.
In the Full Bloom Finale, senior designers presented their pieces. In the everyday living category, Charlotte Burt modeled a denim dress made with three different patterns. The dress also featured a complementary tied bow at the top.
Walking for the refashion category, Loren Campbell modeled a repurposed patchwork hoodie with a matching pair of reworked bell-bottomed jeans. The plaid pattern on the flared ends of the pants matched the flannel shirt worn by Garth Brooks on the album cover displayed across the hoodie.
Strutting the runway in a floor-length magenta gown, Claire Lostroh designed her outfit for thr semi-formal to formal construction category. The magenta liquid satin fabric dress featured a halter-neck, princess-line and a removable blue bow in the back. A flowing train trailed Lostroh as she modeled her creation on the runway.
Lastly, Jeri Holcomb modeled a business suit for the buying business and interview attire category. The matching black pant and jacket set created a professional, business-ready silhouette.
All of the designers presented their creations in preparation for the district contest taking place on April 20, 2026.
