Kenneth Craig Wright, 68, of Spade, TX, passed away in his home on Friday, March 28, 2025. He was born on Aug. 11, 1956, in Whittier, CA to John and Alice Wright. He married Mickie ‘Jaton’ Long on March 8, 1978, in Spade.
For most of his career Kenny was a fence builder, roofer, and carpenter, a jack of all trades. He enjoyed fishing, and camping at the lake. He was an avid pool, poker, domino player. He enjoyed cooking, gardening and watching the Dallas Cowboys. He was a Member of Spade Baptist Church.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife; a son and wife; a daughter; six grandchildren; three great grandchildren, and one on the way; a sister; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers. In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations be made to Littlefield EMS.
Funeral Services were held Tuesday afternoon, April 1, 2025, at Grace Chapel in Hillcrest Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Sanders officiating. Interment followed in Littlefield Memorial Park.
Arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield, Texas.
