ODESSIA ENOX

Odessia “Sweet” Enox, 88, of Anton, TX passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2025, in Anton, TX. She was born Nov. 17, 1936 to Herbert Clayborn Kesey and Julia Etta (Kesey) Owens in Lindsay, OK.

Sweet married Tommy Leroy Enox on Feb. 15, 1964, in Anton, TX. She was a homemaker, but she also enjoyed helping Tommy at the Gas Station and Front End Repair Shop. She eventually went to work as a teacher’s aide and at the Library at Spade. She was very crafty and an especially talented crotchier. She liked to iron and keep a clean house and a tidy yard. She was a member at the Anton Methodist Church.

Those left to cherish her memories are her daughter; two grandsons; four great grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her husband; two brothers; three sisters.

Funeral Services were held Saturday afternoon, February 1, 2025 at Anton Methodist Church with Tom Carter officiating. Interment followed in Anton Cemetery. Arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield, TX.
