Lamb Co. Library Newsletter

It’s FINALLY October!!! And boy, do we love the holidays!

This month we will be having another family movie night, a teen night costume party, and we will be participating in the Annual Pumpkin Trail.

The Pumpkin Trail is a free community event, and we will have several games set up for the kiddos to win treats and goodies, so make sure you stop by our booth.

Today also marks the Library’s Fall Coloring Contest. Coloring pages can be picked up at the library today, Oct. 2nd until Oct. 21st, with a deadline set for Oct. 25th to turn in finished colored pages. Winners will be announced on Halloween night. There will be three age categories: 5-6, 7-9, and 10-12 years old.

We will have a new guessing jar set up each week for this month, so stop by and make your guess.

Don’t forget to follow us on Facebook at Lamb Co Library for our movie night giveaways, as well. We hope to get more events up and running during the holiday season so stay tuned!

We do have a couple schedule changes for the month of October: October 12-14, the Library will be CLOSED in honor of Colombus Day October 31, we will be open regular business hours, 8:30-5pm, so that we may enjoy trick-or-treating with our families. We WILL be handing out candy throughout this day.

Happy Fall everyone!! And happy reading!!
