Tonya Elaine Ritchie, 65, of Springlake Texas, passed away Friday, June 14, 2024 at her lake house at Oak Creek Reservoir. She was born October 30, 1958 in Lamb County to Harold and Joyce Roberson. She married the love of her life, Mike Ritchie, on June 29, 1987 in Johnson County, Texas.

Tonya retired from Avon after 20 years where she was very successful and was appointed as a District Manager, traveling all across Texas. She achieved the highest of awards quickly in her career and won multiple trips and trinkets to which she shared with everyone. Tonya dedicated 10 years of her life to serving as Lamb County Clerk. She selflessly put others first and was the glue that held everyone together, whether it was family, friends, or coworkers. She was known for her amazing organizational skills, detailed notes, and her ability to have anything you could possibly need for any situation in her car, desk, or purse. She loved to journal about everything but especially in her bible and devotionals. Her happy place was at the lake. Tonya was a beacon of positivity, encouragement, and a genuine joyous soul who truly loved others just as Jesus would. She treated every interaction and daily task as a chance to spread the word and love of God. Her unwavering support made her a pillar of strength for all who knew her. Tonya didn't miss any event of any kind. She followed her brother, Guyle and husband, Mike to every event their band played, was everyone's biggest fan and supporter from the smallest of accomplishments to the biggest of awards/ceremonies. She really enjoyed being around people, whether it was parties and social events, or simply going to work. She did all of it out of the love of her heart for others. Her kindness will forever be cherished by all those lives whom she touched.

Tonya is survived by her husband of 37 years, Mike Ritchie of Springlake, TX; two daughters, Tanoah and husband, David Dismore of San Angelo, TX, and Ariel and husband, Duncan Welch of Lubbock, TX; a brother, Guyle Roberson and wife, Sherri of the Rocky Ford Community; a sister-in-law, Rebecca Roberson of Littlefield, TX; nieces and nephews, Meagan and husband, Sean Hunton of Amarillo, Randi Brooke and husband, Sid Sheffy of Dimmitt, Shane Roberson of Boise, Idaho, Remington Roberson and wife, Hannah of Littlefield, Rachel Thomas and husband, KT of San Angelo; great nieces that she loved as her own, Zoey Hunton, Blakleigh Thomas, and Carsyn Sheffy; this does not exclude other extended family, friends and co-workers that she loved just like family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joyce and Buddy Roberson, and her brother, Randy Roberson.

Visitation was held Thursday evening, June 20, 2024 at Hillcrest Funeral Home. Celebration of Life Services was held Friday morning, June 21, 2024 at First Baptist Church in Littlefield, TX. Brad Enloe was the officiant with Glen Harlan and Pastor Rob Norris assisting in service. Graveside services followed at Littlefield Memorial Park. Serving as pallbearers were Remington Roberson, Sean Hunton, Shane Roberson, Sid Sheffy, KT Thomas, Brandon Pointer and Britton Pointer. Honorary pallbearers were Todd Rutledge, David Franklin, Billy Ritchie, Will Williams, James Craddock, and Mike Bosques.

Funeral arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield, Texas.
