Scott Harmon was born June 27, 1957 to Bennie and Carolyn Harmon. He died October 12, 2023 after a lengthy illness.
Scott, a lifetime resident of Amherst, loved farming. He loved planting his crops and nurturing them until harvest. His love of farming is surpassed only by his love of riding his motorcycles. Although it didn't matter where he rode, he preferred going to Ruidoso and Big Bend.
Scott is survived by his wife, Bridgett; his mother, Carolyn; his brother, Kit; and many friends and loved ones.
A graveside service will be announced at a future date.
