Texas GOP releases propositions for March 3rd election

Texas Republicans have released the 10 propositions that will appear on the party’s March 2026 primary ballot.Primary election day is March 3; early voting begins on Feb. 17.The non-binding ballot propositions are used to gauge voters’ support for the issues presented.

LCEC holds Government-in-Action Youth Tour Competition Feb. 1

Lamb County EC held its Government- in- Action Youth Tour Competition on Sunday, February 1, 2026.Seven applicants from Littlefield, Sudan, Olton, Whitharral, and DRE Resources Homeschool Academy were interviewed individually before a panel of three independent judges.

City Council holds regular meeting January 27

The governing body of the City of Littlefield held their regular meeting on January 27th, at the City Council Chambers, located at 525 Phelps Avenue, for the purpose of considering all matters and related incidents to the City of Littlefield.The meeting was called to Order at 6 p.m.

Commissioners meet in regular session Jan. 30

The Commissioners of Lamb County held their regular meeting on Friday, Jan. 30th at the Lamb County Courthouse, where a 13-item agenda was discussed.The meeting was called to order at 10 a.m. by Lamb County Judge James DeLoach and the invocation was give by Rickie Redman.
