Seven Clift Land Broker Agents, including Eric Turpen of Littlefield, have been recognized as a part of the 2020 APEX Producers Club by the Realtors® Land Institute as a part of the RLI APEX Production Awards Program, sponsored by The Land Report.

Littlefield’s Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture will be serving its 2021 Banquet, starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday evening, April 27, 2021, in the Lamb County Ag and Community Center, just off Highway 385 (17th and Hall Avenue) in Littlefield.

High School Counselors at Amherst, Anton, Levelland, Littlefield, Olton, Sudan, Whiteface, and Whitharral, have received messages from the Lamb County Electric Cooperative’s Board of Directors, that they are pleased to announce that the Cooperative will be offering scholarships to Cooperative members’ graduating high school seniors, who are electing to attend a college or university in the state of Texas. No trade schools, etc.

Littlefield Rotary Club is now receiving nominations for the “Administrative Assistant Person of the Year” Award, that will be presented during the annual Littlefield Chamber of Commerce Banquet, to be held Tuesday, April 27, at the Ag and Community Center.

The Amherst Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture has announced that it is “Wild About Amherst!”, and has scheduled its “40th Annual Amherst Chamber Banquet” at 7 p.m. Tuesday, April 20, 2012, in the Amherst School Cafeteria.

It is a prolonged feeling of frustration or resentment. Affliction, guilt, tribulation, disgust, not being able to be consoled, anguish. This does not happen overnight, there is a process. Sooner or later every human being will experience this. Our nature allows it; being poor, rich, ignorant or educated, sooner or later we all will live times of bitterness. Littlefield Rotary Club has made the decision to not host the Administrative Day Luncheon in April, due to concerns with the COVID-19 pandemic. Rotary, however, is currently selling “spa baskets” for $25 that employers may purchase to honor their assistants.

Cases that came before the 154- th District Court Judge of Lamb County on Thursday, March 22, 2021 and Friday, March 30, 2021, included these three Waivers of Jury Trials, and one case of Judgment Adjudicating Guilt.
