On Feb. 19, 2026, Frank Arce Espinoza, entered a Guilty plea to the offense for which he was convicted: Viol Bond/Protective Order, that occurred on Nov. 12, 2024.The court received the plea, judged the defendant was guilty, the defendant was sentenced to 90 days confinement in the County Jail.
