01/01/2025 - Dispatched 8:40 p.m. Lamb County The Littlefield Volunteer Fire Department responded to a fire about 4 miles south of Littlefield on Highway 385. The fire was caused by fireworks.

The 2025 Littlefield Area Junior Livestock Show got underway Thursday with the Ag Mechanic projects being presented in the early afternoon, followed by the steer and heifer show later in the day.21 heifers and eight Steers were exhibited on Thursday evening.
