Hay, forage conditions improve with rainfall

Hay and forage conditions improved across the state with recent rainfall, setting the stage for promising hay yields and rangeland conditions for livestock grazing, according to Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service experts.

Motorcyclists don’t just ‘come out of nowhere’

TxDOT is sharing driver safety tips during Motorcycle Safety Awareness Month Motorcyclist Brendan Johnson donated his black leather jacket to TxDOT for use in motorcycle safety messages. Tragically, he never saw the campaign because he was killed in a motorcycle crash.

Wildcats sweep Dalhart in Bi-district series

The Littlefield Wildcats’ varsity baseball team clinched their Bi-district series with Dalhart on Saturday, taking Game 2 of the series, 12-2, at Caprock High School With the win, the Wildcats improved to 21-8 overall on the year.
