BABE RUTH 18U STATE CHAMPIONS – The Sudan Nettes 18u Softball team competed in Hereford this past weekend at the Babe Ruth State Softball Tournament, where they brought home the Championship. Sudan lost both of their pool play games to Hereford, 4-3, and to Littlefield, 8-3. They then bounced back in bracket play to beat Littlefield, 8-6, then beat Hereford in the championship, 4-2. This qualifies them for the Southwest Regional, which will be held in July in Brownfield.
