Information regarding a threevehicle crash about half a mile east of Olton Saturday morning, July 24, 2021, on Highway 70, was still unavailable from the Department of Public Safety Office in Plainview, at press time Tuesday.

The official report on how the accident happened was to be made available about a week after the crashes, according to the investi gating DPS Trooper.

Two of the vehicles, a Chevrolet pickup, with the front badly damaged, and a GMC SUV, with heavy damages on it, were removed from the scene by All

Ways Towing of Littlefield.

A Ford vehicle also had severe rear damages, and was parked in an alley-like area between a residencial yard fence and the South Plains Irrigation’s pipe yard fence. After the All Ways Towing trucks left, someone had the hood raised over the Ford’s motor, and was working on it.
