The monthly meeting of the Sudan Ciy Council will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, May 13, 2021 in the Sudan Community Center, located at 107, East First Avenue in Sudan, via video conference through Zoom.

The Council will be considering a 21 item Agenda.

Review of the Declaration of Disaster issued by the Mayor on April 3, 2020, Reviewed and continued by the city council on April 9, 2020, May 14, 2020, June 11, July 9, August 14, September 10, October 8, November 12, December 10, 2020, January 14, 2021, February 11, 2021, March 11, 2021, and April 8, 2021, and consider continuation, modifications, or cancellation.

7. Consider Procedure to Sell City Property, Lots 1-5, Block 21, O.T. Sudan, Lamb County Texas.

The City Council reserves the right to retire into Executive Session concerning any of the items listed on this agenda, whenever it is considered necessary and legally justified under the Texas Open Meetings Act, Government Code Chapter 551.
