Olton and Earth still on schedule

Two of Lamb County’s communities will be observing Memorial Day services at their cemeteries Monday morning, May 31.
The service at the Springlake Cemetery has been canceled, since the paved roadway toward the cemetery is under water.
The day will begin at 8 a.m. at the Olton Cemetery, when members of the Olton 4-H conduct a Memorial Day service.
The public is invited to attend.
At 10 a.m., the Earth Cemetery Association will be hosting a Memorial Day service at the Earth Cemetery, located north of the city of Earth.
The public is invited to attend either, or all of these services.
