"LET’S TACO 'BOUT IT” — A new business has been offering tacos in Littlefield a couple of months, and Elsa Arce-Bejil, the owner, shown in the truck’s door, is excited with the new venture. When this food truck is parked in the Los Nopales Mercado parking lot at 1012 W. Waylon Jennings Blvd., after 5:30 p.m. Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, street tacos, may be purchased, along with a Mexican Coke, if you want a drink, too. They only receive cash for the food. Sometines, they will serve special food items, when they are at Special Events with other businesses.
