Kelsea Sierra was chosen as the Employee of the Month for July 2026.
She works at the clinic as a PCT who has served LHC for three years. She stated “What I like most about my job is being able to help patients and make their experience at the clinic a little easier and more comfortable. I enjoy building relationships with patients and being part of a team that helps improve health. I also am Dr. Rodriguez’s favorite co-worker.”
