SUDAN FIRST GRADERS LISTENING TO READING— On the left, Quinci Willoughby reads the book “Sparky the Fire Dog” as the “Good Neigh Bear” listens and makes gestures during the reading. The first graders sat on the sidewalk, and others on the guardrails next to the sidewalk.
