Your local Health Extension Agent and Registered Dietitian, Courtney Lowe will host Health Talk Express-Heart Edition!
Join us for a FREE 4-week series about Heart Health! Classes will be held virtually on February 16 th , 18 th , 23 rd and 25 th from 12:15 to 1:00pm.
We will cover information about blood pressure, cholesterol, how to prevent strokes and how to manage stress.
All of these factors play a role in keeping your heart healthy!!
