Blessings to you my dear Friends! Today, I would like to talk about something that everybody has had or has dealt with at least once in their life, in some shape, form, or fashion, or maybe it’s something that you are dealing with now, today.

There is something that every human being has experienced, and it is “a broken heart”.

I know this, because of the fallen world that we live in, and because of man’s sinful nature that is always tempted to make bad decisions, that always affect others.

As long as we live in this world, we have trials, tribulations, and hardships in this life,

And as long as we do, there will also be broken hearts and contrite spirits that follow.

When we wrestle with God over our daily struggles and He seems to be so far away, we can start to question our own faith or relationship with God, and it can be heartbreaking and our spirit can feel very crushed in seasons like this

Can I tell you something?

All the times that you went through something very difficult in your own life, You were Never Alone! It’s true!

And this is how I know this to be true, (Matthew 28:18-20) says: “And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, ‘All authority has been given to me in Heaven and on Earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo,

“I am with you ‘ALWAYS’, Even to the end of the age,” Amen

Brothers and sisters, we are not alone today !!!!

All I know is this, that in my most difficult seasons of life

• God “WAS” with me

• God “IS” With Me, and

• God “WILL ALWAYS” be with me. Amen!

What season are you in today? Are you broken hearted? Fearful? Rejected? Or going through something really hard that feels like fire? I’m here today to tell you that God has been and will continue to be with you always!

(2 Corinthians 4:16-18) says: “Therefore we do not lose heart. Though outwardly we are wasting away, yet inwardly we are being renewed day by day. For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.”

These verses say that our troubles are achieving something – they are producing something in eternity that we cannot see.

We tend to focus on the temporary, but when we focus on the unseen with eyes of faith, then and only then we can keep going and not lose heart!

In (Psalm 34:17-19) It says: The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.

The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves such as have a contrite spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but The Lord delivers him out of them all.

Brothers and sisters, I cannot explain with words what it feels like to have God near–but only that it’s very real. When I am all alone…I do not feel alone at all. I know God is with me and I know that He loves me. I cannot see what God is doing, but my eyes of faith see it, and so I am trusting Him when He says that He is in full control.

And so be patient …and do NOT take the advice of this world and of bad company, when they tell you that if you just do this drug that it will heal your broken heart, or if you just find you another person right away, it will heal your broken heart, or if you just get a drink of alcohol for the night it will heal your broken heart, or if you just pay back evil for evil, it will at least make you feel better.

I’m telling you that All those things are Fake and lies, and all they will do is leave you devastated and starving for the next temporary thing this world has to offer!!! There is only One True Remedy

There is only One True Remedy for a broken heart and crushed Spirit and His Name is Jesus Christ!!

If you are brokenhearted today – do not turn to the world’s ways as a band aid to your pain. Turn to the Lord. Fix your eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. What we see is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

You are not alone. The Lord is more near to you than you will ever know !!

Do not give in to fear! You are God’s and He loves you. He will bring you through! That’s a Promise!!!!!

With Love, your brother in Christ,

Billy Montes
