The South Plains, District 2 Diabetes Education Committee is excited to present Wisdom, Power and Control! A free four-class series to help you learn how to manage your type 2 diabetes through food and exercise. You will learn more about medication, self-care and more.
Classes will be held on April 20th , 22nd , 27th , and 29 th from 12 noon to 1 p.m. online via Microsoft Teams. These classes will be taught by Courtney Lowe, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Health Extension Agent!
