Fly ‘Old Glory’ this weekend

A challenge has been issued to every family in Lamb County, to fly the U.S. flag at your home this weekend, during the Labor Day Holiday: Saturday, Sept. 5 thru Labor Day Monday, Sept. 7, 2020.

Born in Philadelphia on June 14, 1777, the flag of the United States of America symbolizes the patriotic ideals of a nation “conceived in liberty” and admired around the world.

This observance is to show our respect for “Old Glory”, the support of a safe nation, our nation’s veterans, and our patriotism toward God, as we thank Him for His daily blessings, provisions, and protection.
