Lamb County’s registered voters may begin voting early for the No. 3, General Election, on Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in two Lamb County locations this year.

Because of circumstances caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic, early voting will not be done in the Lamb County Courthouse, as in previous years.

Instead, the main location for early voting will be done in Littlefield in the Lamb County Ag and Community Center, (17 th Street and Hall Avenue / Highway 385).

The Olton Branch early voting will be done in Olton’s City Hall, 900 Main Street, from Tuesday, Oct. 13 thru Friday, Oct. 30 from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in both locations.

Voters in any of the county’s Voting Precincts may vote early in either of the two Early Voting locations.

The extended hours for early voting in those locations will be offered on Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 19 and 20, 2020 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. to allow easier access to some voters because of the time element.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, the local elections that are usually held in May, were rescheduled to be held during the Nov. 3 general elections.

Some city and school elections will also be held for early voting, as well as on the Nov. 3 federal, county, and precinct officers.
