Olton ISD is welcoming Demi Arredondo to H.P. Webb Elementary this year, where she will serve as a life skills teacher assistant.
Arredondo, who has lived in Olton her entire life, said she takes pride in the opportunity to work in her hometown school district.
“Olton has always been home for me, and I’m honored to have the opportunity to be a part of this amazing school community,” said Arredondo.
Additionally, Arredondo has four kids and said she loves being involved in her children’s activities. Adding that she is looking forward to bringing that same energy into the classroom.
“This year, I’m looking forward to helping students grow, celebrating their accomplishments, and making a positive impact each day,” said Arredondo.
Along with her work in education, Arredondo is also a licensed cosmetologist and said you can almost always find her with a 7 Brew drink in hand.
As she steps into the role at H.P. Webb Elementary, Arredondo said she is excited to get started and can’t wait to be part of the Olton ISD family.
In a recent Facebook post, Olton ISD welcomed Arredondo, stating they are excited to have her join the Mustang family and are looking forward to a great year ahead.
