Lamb County Judge James M. DeLoach has issued an update on the COVID-19 virus cases in Lamb County, as of Tuesday morning, Sept. 22, 2020.

He reports that Lamb County currently has 26 active cases, and there are 290 who have recovered. Since the pandemic began, there have been 23 deaths.

For his current report, five of Lamb County’s cities now have cases of the COVID-19 virus. Amherst now has three cases, while Littlefield has 16, Olton has four, Springlake has one, and Earth has two. There were none reported for Sudan.

As of last Tuesday, Sept., 15, Lamb County had 21 active cases, and 278 have recovered. Amherst had one, Littlefield had 13, Olton had seven, and there had been 21 deaths since the pandemic began.
