Commissioners discuss LHC operations in special meeting July 28

The Commissioner’s Court of Lamb County held a special meeting on Friday, July 28th, at the Lamb County Courthouse to discuss Lamb Healthcare operations.

The meeting was called to order at 9 a.m. by Lamb County Judge James DeLoach, who gave the invocation and led the Pledge of Allegiance and Texas Pledge of Allegiance.

There was nobody present to speak during public comment.

Attorney, Nolan Greak made a presentation regarding prescriptions filled by MTC and the effects on Lamb Healthcare Center.

With there being no further business to come before the commissioner’s court, the motion to adjourn was made by Commissioner Lee Logan and seconded by Commissioner Cory DeBerry. The motion carried and the meeting was adjourned.
