The Lamb County Leader News’ annual Bowl Pick-Em challenge is fast approaching with the first Bowl games taking place on Dec. 21st.

With the selection show for the College Football Play-off teams not being until Sunday, Dec. 20th, we are working on figuring out a modified contest, that may not include the first few games, but will have the majority of the contest.

This has been an odd year for everything with COVID-19 pushing everything back.

There have been several teams who have opted out of playing in a Bowl game this year, so once we know for sure what we are going to do, we will put an announcement on our Facebook page and in the paper.

The game Board will be in the Dec. 20th edition of the Lamb County Leader-News and will need to be turned in.

The contest will include: Dec. 24th New Mexico Bowl; Dec. 25th Camellia Bowl; Dec. 26th Union Home Mortgage Gasparilla Bowl, Cure Bowl, SERVPRO First Responder Bowl, LendingTree Bowl, Radiance Technologies Independence Bowl and Guaranteed Rate Bowl; Dec 28th Military Bowl; Dec. 29th Cheez-It Bowl and Valero Alamo Bowl; Dec. 30th Duke’s Mayo Bowl, TransPerfect Music City Bowl and the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic; Dec. 315t Lockheed Martin Armed Forces Bowl, AutoZone Liberty Bowl, Arizona Bowl and Mercari Texas Bowl; Jan 1 fit TicketSmarter Birmingham Bowl, Chick-fil-A Peach Bowl and the Vrbo Citrus Bowl; Jan. 2nd TaxSlayer Gator Bowl, Outback Bowl, PlayStation Fiesta Bowl, the Capital One Orange Bowl, The Rose Bowl and the Allstate Sugar Bowl.

These Bowls are subject to cancellation, as their has already been one Bowl game canceled. In the occurrence of that happening that game will be scratched from the contest.

See the official game board in Sundays edition of the Lamb County Leader-News for details and rules on how to enter the contest.

The Contests must be turned in or post-dated Dec. 23rd. Our office WILL NOT be open on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day.

We appreciate everyone’s patience with this contest and look forward to seeing who comes out on top this year.

Good luck to all who enter.
