Christina Clark honored as 2021 Teacher of Year

Christina Jones Clark, daughter of William and Faye Jones of Amherst, was recently honored as one of the 2020-2021 Duncanville High School “Teachers of the Year”.

She was awarded a plaque and recognized at the Duncanville ISD 2021 Employee Appreciation Celebration.

A 1997 graduate of Amherst High School, has been employed as a math teacher at Duncanville High School for 16 years.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in math from Texas Tech in 2004, and later received her Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction in Mathematics in 2017 from the University of Texas at Arlington.
