Show changes

The show will not provide shavings in the animal barn. Exhibitors will need to rovide their own for their stall. The Show wioll provide shavings for the show ring and alleyways, just not individual stalls.

The pre-sale meal on Saturday will be conducted differently, and the 4-H and FFA members will not serve the meal to the public. The meal will be provided as before, but will be prepared in containers for distribution by the meal commmittee.

The premium sale will occur on time Saturday, so exhibitors are asked to please come early so the sale can start on time promptly. The sale ring will not be fully set up for the auction sale. No animals will be brought through the sale ring, but exhibitors will still be expected to participate in the sale as they have in the past, just without their animal present.

All exhibitors are expected to help in the clean-up of the show ring at the conclusion of the show Friday, and at the conclusion of the sale Saturday, as normal.
