NEW SCHOLARSHIP

NEW SCHOLARSHIP – During the recent South Plains College Law Enforcement Academy graduation, the SPC Foundation announced the establishment of the newly endowed Sgt. Joshua Bartlett Memorial Scholarship to assist students in the Law Enforcement program. The ceremonial check was presented to the family.
