Lamb County Library November Newsletter

October was a great month here at the library. We had a couple of teen nights, a family movie night, and we had a booth at the community pumpkin trail. It was a great time. We also started our monthly movie night give-a-way baskets.

We have also begun planning for our Christmas festivities.

We’ll have our annual lighted parade, followed immediately by our traditional open house at the library with free hot chocolate and cookies. There will also be door prizes and goody bags for the kids.

Throughout the night there will also be vendors and entertainment set up all through downtown for your shopping needs, as well as food trucks so you don’t have to worry about dinner.

If anyone is interested in helping, or vendor set up, or parade information, call the library and we can get you in contact with the correct people.

The Lamb County Library’s first annual sock drive is going on now throughout the month of November. They are collecting socks for the Salvation Army.

They will be accepting only NEW packaged socks.

Donations can be dropped off at the Lamb County Library, located at 110 E. 6th Street, Littlefield, Texas, 79339, during all business hours.

An everyday comfort for you, may be a luxury for others.
