Lamb County Library Hosts Pre-Easter Teen Night

The Lamb County Library hosted approximately eighteen to twenty teens on the evening of Thursday, April 6, 2023 as the Easter school holiday began.

The teenagers participated in a very challenging Easter Egg Hunt in the library. The participants were instructed to search for Easter eggs of a certain color or decoration for several rounds of egg hunting. They were also required to find the assigned colored eggs within a time limit marked by a lively polka. An additional challenge was that the number of eggs diminished with each level creating even greater difficulty in retrieving the most assigned eggs within the time limit.

The teenagers also participated in guessing the number of jelly beans in a jar with the winner receiving the jar full of jelly beans.

Following the intense competition they were all served hot dogs and cold soft drinks.

The grand finale of the event was, naturally, a rousing contest involving confetti eggs.
