Lamb County Library December schedule

The Lamb County Library has released the December newsletter.

The library is hosting an Open House Tuesday, Dec. 6, 2022 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. There will be hot chocolate, cookies, gingerbread houses, a photo op with Santa and more.

The Lily Society will be meeting Monday, Dec. 12, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. The book will be “ A Voice in the Wind” by Francine Waters.

Teen Night will be meeting from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Dec. 15th and the theme will be Holiday Escape Room. They will also meet Dec. 29th and the theme will be Music Night.

Toddler Time will be held every Tuesday, starting Dec. 6th, at 9:30 a.m. only. Toddler Time is from newborns to two-years-old. The librarians would like to caution parents and guardians bringing newborns, as Toddler Time usually has an abundance of toddlers that join.

Story Time will be held every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. for three-year-old’s and children not in school, yet.

The Toddler and Story Time themes for Dec. 6th and 7th will be Elves and patrons are encouraged to wear red and green. The theme for Dec. 13th and 14th is Christmas Trees and patrons are asked to wear their hair crazy. The theme for Dec. 20th and 21st will be Caroling and patrons are welcomed to wear their pajamas. The theme for Dec. 27th and 28th is New Year and patrons are invited to wear their shiniest outfit.

The library will be opened from 1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6th and 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, 2022. The library will be closed Saturday, Dec. 24th through Monday, Dec. 26th and Saturday, Dec. 31st for the holidays.
