Healthy Meals for Busy Families – Lunch Series

The Lamb County Extension office is offering a lunch and learn series to encourage cooking healthy meals for you and your family. This month will be focused on Sheet Pan meals – easy to put together and easy to clean up!

The $25 registration fee will cover lunch, one freezer meal to take home, and recipe book. In class, we will feature recipes for Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas and Sheet Pan Beef & Broccoli. The recipe book you receive will be filled with sheet pan meal recipes, tip and tricks for freezer meals and tips for cooking food safely at home.

The registration fee must be paid before Oct 17th to ensure enough groceries are purchase.
