Commissioners to meet Monday

A meeting of the Lamb County Commissioners’ Court will be held at 10 a.m. Monday, June 13, 2022, in the Lamb County Courthouse, where an 11-item agenda will be considered for appropriate action.

After the Call to order, the public may request to make a public comment on any of the agenda items. (3 minutes max)

The items listed as “Consent Agenda Items” require no deliberation by the Court. Each Court member has the prerogative of removing an item from that agenda, so that it may be considered separately.

The six Consent Agenda items to be considered are:

a) Consider and take appropriate action on minutes from previous meeting(s).

b) Consider and take appropriate action on budget and salary amendments and/or line-item transfers;

c) Consider and take appropriate action on bills presented by the County Auditor; d) Consider and take appropriate action on payroll;

e) Consider and take appropriate action on departmental reports.

4. Consider and take appropriate action to advertise for sealed proposals for renovations to the Ag Barn;

5. Consider and take appropriate action on allowing water slide for library;

6.Consider and take appropriate action on a request from Littlefield ISD to acquire property for a softball field South of the Sheriff’s Office/Jail;

7. Consider and take appropriate action on Contract with Kofile for Kofile for Imagining and Indexing of OPR in county Clerk’s Office;

8. Consider and take appropriate action on Lamb county’s 2022- 2023 Renewal of Employees Health Insurance;

9. Discuss Lamb Healthcare Center operations;

10. Future agenda items;

11. Adjournment.
