On Monday, June 7, 2021 at around 9:30 a.m. a male subject who had been causing multiple disturbances at the Apartments, since June 6, 2021, has led to five total police responses to that residence.
A police officer made a report of those five incidents for information for the Police Department.
The officer began the reports after the male subject dropped off a $1.00 check, made out to the Littlefield Police Departent on June 7, at about 9:30 a.m.
Police responded to the first incident on Sunday, June 6, at 8:14 in reference to an unknown intoxicated male screaming and causing a disturbance in front of an other apartment. Responding officers identified the male, and were able to get the gentleman to go inside and sleep it off.
Later that day, 2021, around 8:30 p.m., Littlefield Police made another run to the apartments because the male wanted his four Red Barron Pizzas back from his ex boy friend, who lives in the apartments. The officer told him to go ask for his pizzas back. He did not get an answer when he knocked on the door. In response to a question to the officer about what he should do, the officer explained civil processes to him.
On Monday, June 7 at around 0210 police responded again to an incident reporting that the man’s ex had stolen his watch, but he did not physically see him take it.
On Monday, June 7, at about 06:30, police were back again checking on a report that the male had been outside popping fireworks and was drunk. When the officer arrived, he could see the male through a window of the residence, who was faking to be asleep on the bed and would not answer the door. When the officer shined his flashlight on the subject’s feet, he would move them. After the officer knocked several times, he still would not answer.
Monday, June 7, at about 0659, officers again responded to a report of the suspect’s blaring music from his apartment. When the officer arrived, he found the suspect sitting in his chair in the living room, drinking out of a coffee cup. When the officer attempted to get him to go out and speak with him, the suspect would just mock him and begin screaming at him through the window.
When officers responded the last time on Monday, June 7 at around 0930 the officers made their last report.
The suspect decided to take a $1.00 check, made out to the Littlefield Police Department, and had signed it as “Cadillac Chris”, stated to be for “Amusement, Retirement, Welfare, Injury and Burial Fund.”
The check was entered into evidence in a locker at the Police Station.
