The Littlefield Independent School District’s Board of Trustees met in special session on Friday in the Board Room of the Jerry Blakely Administration Building to discuss a five-item agenda.
The meeting was called to order at 12:13 p.m. by Board President Gary Birkelbach, who also gave the invocation.
There was nobody present for public forum and the minutes from the previous meeting were approved as read. Item four on the agenda was to deliberate in closed session under Texas Government Code 551.074 to discuss possible candidates to be appointed to fill the At Large vacancy until the next trustee election (May 2025).
The Board went into executive session at 12:14 p.m. and returned to the regular meeting at 12:44 p.m.
No action was taken. With no further business to discuss, the meeting was declared adjourned by Board President Birkelbach at 12:44 p.m
