Hello dear Friends, As the leaves begin to change, the temperatures begin to cool, and we enter a new season, I’m reminded that life is full of seasons. Some seasons are beautiful and refreshing. Others can be difficult and uncertain. But through every season, one thing remains the same—Jesus is faithful.
This fall, I want to encourage you to do something that could change your life: Fall for Jesus.
Not just fall in love with the idea of Jesus, but truly fall in love with Him.
Jesus said in Matthew 11:28 (NKJV), “Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and 1 will give you rest.”
There is something powerful about those words: Come to Me. Jesus didn’t say, “Get your life together and then come.” He didn’t say, “Fix everything first and then come.” He simply said, “Come to Me.”
Maybe you’re entering this fall carrying burdens nobody else knows about. Maybe you’re tired, discouraged, worried about your family, or wondering what the future holds. The good news is that Jesus still says, “Come to Me.”
Psalm 34:8 says, “Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good; Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!”
Sometimes we spend so much time trying to find peace, purpose, joy, and fulfillment in the things of this world that we overlook the One who created us and loves us most.
The changing leaves remind us that seasons change. Circumstances change. People change. Life changes. But Jesus doesn’t! Hallelujah!
Hebrews 13:8 declares, “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.”
So as this new season begins, maybe it’s time for a new beginning in your relationship with Christ.
Fall for Jesus. Fall at His feet when you’re weary. Fall into His anus when you’re hurting. Fall on your knees when you need direction. Fall deeper in love with His Word, His presence, and His promises.
And here’s my challenge for all of us this fall: Don’t just watch the leaves change—let God change you.
Make time for Jesus. Talk to Him. Open His Word. Trust Him with your worries. Encourage someone. Serve someone. And if you’ve never given your life to Christ, don’t put it off another season.
You can begin today by simply opening your heart to Him and saying, “Jesus, I need You. Forgive me, save me, and come into my life. I surrender my life to You and choose to follow You.”
Jesus is still calling: “Come to Me.” This fall, let’s not simply experience another change of season.
Let’s experience a change of heart. Fall for Jesus—and discover that when you fall into His hands, you are never falling alone.
