Kaylee Edgemon’s 42 points power Littlefield past Tulia

Behind Kaylee Edgemon’s gamehigh 42 points, the Littlefield Lady Cats knocked off Tulia 63-48 Tuesday night in district competition. With the win, the Lady Cats improved to 2-0 in district play. “I think our girl’s played well at times. I know when Caitlyn Carroll got hurt, which was in the first minute of the game, it took our girls some time to adjust,” said Coach Kendall Webb. “She is a big part of our team. Not having her, the girls stepped up and found a way to get the win.” Webb said Carroll suffered a broken nose in Tuesday night’s game.
