RUDOLPLH GREER

Rudolph Greer, 92, of Morton, died July 9, 2014 at Levelland Nursing and Rehabilitation in Levelland. Graveside service was held at Friday afternoon, July 11, 2014 at Littlefield Memorial Park in Littlefield. Interment was in Littlefield Memorial Park. Arrangements by Hammons Funeral Home in Littlefield. Rudolph was born March 23, 1922 in Hopper County, Texas. After his formal education, he served his country in the Armed Forces. He and his wife, Una Lee, were married 44 years. During that time they managed the Exon Station in Morton for over 30 years. Preceding him in death are his wife, Una Lee Greer; a son, Randall Greer; and a stepdaughter, Judy Ann Wright. Survivors include his son, Richard Greer; three step-sons, Marvin “Smitty” Smith of Levelland, David Smith of Stephenville, and Sammy Smith of Lubbock; one daughter, Cindy Harper of Andrews, five grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

MITCHELL RYAN PERVIS

Mitchell Ryan Pervis, 57, of Littlefield died Tuesday, June 24, 2014 in Littlefield. Memorial services were held Monday afternoon, July 7, 2014 at Follow Thru Fellowship in Littlefield with Pastor Tracy Spencer officiating. Cremation arrangements were under the personal care of Hillcrest Funeral Home in Littlefield. Mitchell was born June 27, 1956 in North Bend, Oregon to Robert and Darla Pervis. Mitchell moved to Littlefield from Dallas five years ago. He married Debra Anne Clark July 30, 2013 in Littlefield. He did a lot of woodworking. He attended Follow Thru Fellowship in Littlefield. He is survived by his wife, Debra Anne Pervis of Littlefield; a son, Christopher Pervis of Dallas; two daughters, Kaylle Pervis of Rowlett and Daneil Pervis of Dallas; seven grandchildren; a brother, Mike Pervis of Portland; and a sister, Becky Pervis of Portland.

MARY PEDROZA

Mary Pedroza, 68, of Olton, died Saturday, June 28, 2014, in Olton. Rosary was said Monday night, June 30, 2014, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Olton. Mass was celebrated Tuesday morning, July 1, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church with Fr. Jacob Puphuparameil officiating. Interment followed at Olton Cemetery with Ramage Funeral Directors of Olton in charge of arrangements. Mary was born Sept. 12, 1945 in Brownsville, Texas to Luis and Maria Ruiz Pedroza. She was a lifetime Olton resident and member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, and four brothers, Luis M. Pedroza, Cirilo Pedroza, Frank Pedroza, and Joe A. Pedroza. Survivors include two brothers, Mario Pedroza of Lubbock and Mike Pedroza of Olton; and 26 nieces and nephews.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 5, at First Baptist Church in Littlefield, with arrangements by Hillcrest Funeral Home. PAMELA DIANE BARNES

Pamela “Pam” Diane Barnes, 32, of Dallas, succumbed to triple negative breast cancer on Friday, June 20, 2014. She is the grand-daughter of Marie Wallace of Littlefield. A celebration of Pam’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, June 29, at the Dallas Holocaust Museum in Dallas. She was born Sept. 16, 1981 in Lewisville, Tex., to Hardy and Kim Barnes. An alumna of Greenhill School and Hendrix College, Pam followed her passion of history at the Dallas Holocaust Museum as assistant director of programs. Along with her parents, she is survived by her long-time partner, Evan Stoeber; a brother, Matt and his wife, Summer; a nephew, Blake; and niece, Summer; and her grandmother, Marie Wallace of Littlefield. In lieu of flowers, the Pam Barnes ’00 Memorial Scholarship will be established at Greenhill School as a general endowment, and note to Pam Barnes.

Harold E. Testerman, 78, of Sudan, died Sunday, June 22, 2014 at Bender Terrace in Lubbock. Cremation services were by Hammons Funeral Home in Littlefield. Preceding Harold in death are his wife, Barbara Testerman; a step-son, Nolan White; and a son, Tony Testerman. Survivors include his mother, Mary Testerman of Sudan; his daughter, Ann Marsh of Wolfforth; three grandchildren; and a brother, Glen Testerman of Sudan.
