SHELBY’S BRIDGE ALMOST COMPLETE

Currently, Shelby’s Bridge Gift and Thrift Shop is still hard at work on their new home located at 110 Main Street in Sudan. They are planning to have the building completely rebuilt and ready to go for its grand opening being held Saturday, September 22nd after the annual Sudan Harvest Festival Parade. The building will serve as a gift and thrift shop, but will also be the home of the Sunshine Cafe. But most importantly, the business will serve as a place where adults with disabilities have opportunities to develop, improve and utilize viable job skills. Shown in the top photo from August 2017, standing in front of the building, which will be the home of Shelby’s Bridge, is Administrator, Donna Smith. The bottom photo was taken this past Thursday, and shows how much they’ve come along with work to rebuild the building.
