Memorial service for JoeAnn Davis, Johnson, Lucas, Vick, 84, of Levelland, and formerly of Littlefield, who died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2018 in a Levelland Nursing Home, are scheduled for Monday, Jan. 22, 2018, at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Littlefield. JoeAnn was born June 12, 1933 in Levelland to Robert Jefferson Davis and Hazel Tomlin Davis. She had worked at the Lamb County Leader-News, Lowe’s Pay and Save, and retired from American Cotton Growers Denim Textile Plant in Littlefield. She enjoyed her family, and talking about her childhood while growing up on the farm. JoeAnn was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Donald Dwayne Davis; her husband, JD Vick; and a grandson, Larry Don Johnson. Left to cherish her memories are three sisters, Lula Williamson of Kingsville, TX, Susie Wade of Levelland; and Reasie Stuart and husband, Bill, of Lubbock; two daughters, Donna Jo Johnson of San Antonio, and Luanne Snow and husband, Ken, of Utopia, TX; four sons, Bobby Lynn Johnson of Levelland, Steven Randall Johnson and wife, Sandy of Big Spring, Mark Allen Johnson of Petersburg, and Wayne Lucas and wife, Frances, of Levelland; three step-children, Linda Noblitt and husband, Dale of Albuquerque, N.M., Glenn Lucas of Los Lunas, N.M.; Roger Vick and wife, Diana of Lubbock; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
