Career prep class teaching kids life skills

The DCP class, also known as career prep class, is into its 28th year at Littlefield High School.

The class was started by Ronnie Vaughn in 1989. Betty Ingram took over after Vaughn before Kim Moss took over in 2011. Moss is currently in charge of the DCP class.

“We call it DCP, it’s really called career prep,” Moss said. “It just allows them to leave after sixth period, if their schedule lets them.”
